Is it an oddity or an indicator of the new normal? A 15-foot shark was spotted 20 miles off the city’s coast Sunday, according to John Pearson, owner of Pearson’s Pursuit Inshore Fishing. According to the Press of Atlantic City, Pearson said he was switching up his routine of inshore charter fishing by fishing at the Sea Isle Ridge between 9 and 10 a.m. Sunday when he spotted a fin, attached to the 15 foot shark. On his company Facebook page, Pearson described the shark as Great White.
