Eight years behind bars for a Galloway Township man who plead guilty to possession with intent to deliver heroin and fentanyl. 34 year old Matthew Lynch was arrested in June of 2022 and found to be in possession of digital scales, which are commonly utilized to weigh narcotics for sale at street level and $1482.00 in U.S. currency, which is reasonably believed to be
derived from criminal activity. During this investigation, detectives received information that Lynch was supplying a residence in Atlantic City with heroin/fentanyl, methamphetamine, and fentanyl pills to be distributed on his behalf.
