A man wanted on a previous handgun offense and a 15-year-old juvenile were arrested following a traffic stop last week on the Black Horse Pike, police said.Russell Daniel was found to be in possession of a 9-millimeter handgun with a defaced serial number, loaded with a 12-round, high-capacity magazine and 10 hollow-point bullets when he was stopped at 10:05 p.m. June 25, police said Monday in a news release. Officer Gavin Pullan stopped the car for a motor vehicle violation and then learned Daniel was wanted in Salem County, police said.
