A 37-year-old city man was injured Monday after being shot on South Vermont Avenue, reports the Press of Atlantic City. Police went to the 100 block of Vermont at 6 p.m. and found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound, The victim was transported to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Campus. No word on suspects in the case.
