40 year old Donna Shiffler of Somers Point has been sentenced to ten years in prison on multiple charges including employing a juvenile, possession with the intent to distribute marijuana, maintaining a production facility, and endangering the welfare of a child. Her codefendant, John Garman was sentenced on May 28th to ten years in New Jersey State Prison.
This case resulted from a narcotics investigation into John Garman’s drug distribution activities. The investigation began in March 2023.
