The case against Atlantic City High School principal accused of failing to report child abuse has been referred to a grand jury, court officials said. According to the Press of Atlantic City Constance Days-Chapman is charged with official misconduct, hindering apprehension of another, obstruction of justice and failure to report child abuse.It is unknown when the case will go before the grand jury. “We adjourned it without a new date,” Vartan said in a text message Wednesday afternoon.
