Lower Township Police are looking for a 16-year-old boy who has been missing since Saturday. According to the Press of Atlantic City, Sebastion Rafael-Claudio is Hispanic, 6 feet tall, 240 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes, police said Monday in a news release. He was last seen riding a metallic purple bicycle at 6 p.m. Saturday wearing black shorts and a black shirt. Anyone with information can call police at 609-886-2711.
