A Pleasantville man was arrested Wednesday after he allegedly stole a plane that later crash-landed in a field near Surran’s Nursery on Route 50, State Police said. Robert Wagner, 42, was charged with criminal attempt, criminal mischief, burglary, criminal trespass, theft, receiving stolen property, obstruction and hindering.
