There is a settlement agreement among the city, the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority and the city’s casinos in the lawsuit challenging the Atlantic Avenue “road diet.” The Press of Atlantic City reports it must be approved by the CRDA board and City Council, however, before it can be considered a done deal. The settlement would keep the area between Tennessee Avenue to Missouri Avenue at four lanes with improved traffic signas, ADA compliance and sidewalks,” said Atlantic County Assignment Judge Michael Blee, reading out the terms of the agreement late Wednesday afternoon.
