Police responded to Route 30, westbound, in the area of Seventh Avenue for a fatal motor vehicle crash involving a pedestrian. The deceased victim was identified as Angeletta Sheppard, 33, from Barnegat, NJ. It is alleged that Dean fled his motor vehicle at the scene before law enforcement arrived. Dean was located Tuesday and arrested.
