A Cape May Court House man was arrested Tuesday after he allegedly stole a dirt bike and fired shots at the victim when the victim started to chase him, reports the Press of Atlantic City. 28 year old
Javar Antoine Lovett was charged with unlawful possession of a handgun, armed robbery, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, aggravated assault, certain person not to have weapons, burglary, theft and conspiracy. He is being held in the Cape May County jail.
