A Texas man 18 year old Zachary Watts of Colleyville was arrested after the owner of a home caught him in the middle of burglarizing it Sunday, police said.Watts was charged in the Egg Harbor Township burglary and is being lodged in Atlantic County jail.Police say Watts entered the home in the Scullville section of the township, which was unoccupied at the time, by tearing the screen of a basement window. After gaining entry, Watts made his way to the master bedroom’s bathroom, where he stole property.
