Four Philadelphia men were arrested in an armed robbery last week on Drosera Avenue, police said. Dioanny Mejia, 26, Gianmarcos Lopez, 21, Haniel Gabriel, 28, and Jose Castillo-Pena, 23, were each charged with robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, unlawful possession of weapons, and more relaated charges.
