ACHS Principal’s Attorney Claims She’s Victim Of Illegal Search Warrants

The attorney for Atlantic City High School principal Constance Days-Chapman, who’s accused of failing to report child abuse allegations against the mayor and superintendent , claims she was the victim of illegal search warrants. BreakingAC.com reports Days-Chapman was indicted in September on official misconduct, pattern of official misconduct, endangering the welfare of a child, and hindering apprehension.
But her attorney alleges the investigation includes search warrants to seize her two cell phones and an Apple Watch violated Days-Chapman’s Fourth Amendment rights.
