Standard & Poor’s Global Ratings has raised its long-term and underlying rating on the resort’s general obligation debt to BB+ from BB. The Press of Atlantic City reports in September, Moody’s Ratings upgraded the city’s long-term issuer rating to Ba2 from Ba3, with the outlook remaining positive.
