Two Texas men were arrested reently after officers allegedly found cocaine and a folding knife in their vehicle during a traffic stop, police said Monday. Student Briceag, 27, of Houston, was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a weapon. Maximo Mihalaiche, 20, of Houston, was charged with being a fugitive from justice, possession of CDS, possession of drug paraphernalia and exhibition of a fraudulent document.
