A GoFundMe has been set up to help with medical expenses as friends and family take shifts to be by Syed Hoque’s side. BreakingAC.com reports Hoque, 25, was struck just after midnight Saturday, as he walked in the area of Highland Boulevard and Marlborough Avenue near his Absecon home. The driver then fled, but was later found. Hoque’s dog was killed in the accident.
