School board newcomer Ron Bailey is hoping to see more transparency and accountability within the district during his term. The Press of Atlantic City reports Bailey, 39, took the oath of office to join the board along with incumbents Shay Steele, Torres Mayfield and Geoffrey Dorsey. Board Solicitor Tracy Riley administered the oath to Steele and Mayfield, while Assemblyman Don Guardian, R-Atlantic, swore in Bailey.
