Two Atlantic city residents wanted since December were arrested Thursday after police allegedly found heroin, cocaine and ecstasy inside a home during a search. Jameel Stephens, 42, and Shamera Dunston-Marrero, 25, were charged with three counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, three counts of possession with intent to distribute, three counts of possession with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school zone, money laundering, maintaining a drug production facility and possession of drug paraphernalia. They’re both in the county jail.
