In Cape May County police used a new boardwalk surveillance system to identify a juvenile who spread graffiti on a boardwalk ramp at Juniper Avenue on Friday, Jan. 10.Police received a report of criminal mischief at that location on Jan. 10 at approximately 2:35 p.m. Uniformed patrol officers responded and discovered a large area of the ramp had been covered in graffiti. Patrol officers and detectives used the new surveillance system to positively identify a male juvenile suspect, who resides in the city.On Jan. 13, the juvenile turned himself in at police headquarters.
