In Atlantic City a Code Blue has been issued for the resort as below freezing temperatures are forecast through the week, city officials said. The Code Blue went into effect Sunday night and will remain in place until at least 10 a.m. Thursday, city officials said in a Facebook post. The Atlantic City Rescue Mission is open for those needing shelter and food. Police also are available to transport people to the Rescue Mission, city officials said.
