An Atlantic County Superior Court judge will issue a decision Feb. 27 on whether evidence found on three of the Atlantic City High School principal’s devices will be suppressed as she faces charges related to her alleged failure to report the alleged abuse of the mayor and superintendent’s daughter. According to the Press of Atlantic City Constance Days-Chapman appeared before Judge Bernard DeLury on Thursday with her attorney.
