Incumbent Mayor Marty Small Sr. kicked off his reelection campaign with a rally Tuesday night. The Press of Atlantic City reports Small pointed to his list of accomplishments, saying he’s done everything he said he was going to do when he was elected four years ago. His kickoff event was held at Second Baptist Church.
