Police have identified the driver who allegedly fled a fatal hit-and-run Tuesday night on the Black Horse Pike.
According to BreakingAC.com. 32 year old Gino Garofalo of Ventnor, was traveling west in the West Atlantic City section of Egg Harbor Township, when he struck a pedestrian who was crossing the Black Horse Pike near the Economy Inn. Alisah Cottman, 40, of Atlantic City, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Garofalo, who was driving a 2018 Jeep Wrangler, did not stop. Police thanked Philadelphia police for assisting in locating the vehicle. Charges and citations are pending.
