A grand jury has handed up an indictment against a Pleasantville man who allegedly killed his pregnant girlfriend to death with a baseball bat in December. 26 year old Boris Lainez-Rosales is charged with murder and tampering with evidence in the death of Leslianet Quintana-Betancourt, 25, of Pleasantville, which happened at a home in the 100 block of Edgewater Avenue at 1:54 a.m. Dec. 2nd.
