A Middle township man was arrested after he allegedly lit a box on fire inside his storage unit to keep warm, leading to a large structure fire Wednesday morning at Burleigh Mini Storage, police said.According to the Press of Atlantic City Salvatore Gellura, of the Green Creek section of the township, was charged with arson and false reports to law enforcement. He’s being held in the Cape May County jail. Police were notified of the fire by a bystander who flagged down an officer about 8:50 a.m., police Chief Tracey Super said. One person was sent to the hospital with smoke inhalation.
