A New Castle mother whose 3-month-old daughter died after suffering two skull fractures pleaded guilty on Monday to neglect of a dependent resulting in death. The Star Press reports the charge against 30-year-old Cheyenne S. Sexton is a Level 1 felony carrying up to 40 years in prison. She’ll be sentenced next month.
