According to the Press of Atlantic City an Atlantic City man has been indicted in the accident that killed Mays Landing newlyweds last month in Maurice River Township, Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Jennifer Webb-McRae announced.Levon Woods, 25, was charged Thursday with two counts each of vehicular homicide, strict liability vehicular homicide, violation of law intended to protect public health and safety. Woods turned himself into State Police, Port Norris Station and is being lodged in Cumberland County jail.
