According to the Press of Atlantic City two Vineland men were charged Thursday after their vehicles allegedly struck and killed another man who was pushing a shopping cart along West Landis Avenue in November, police said. Catalino Marcano, 77, was charged with knowingly leaving the scene of a fatal motor vehicle crash. Isahit A. Cabrera-Galvez, 37, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while unlicensed. Both men were released on summonses pending court. Officers responded to West Landis near Corey Avenue at 5:25 p.m. Nov. 7 and found Michael J. Cimback Jr., 72, of Vineland, in the road, police said.
