In Atlantic City residents will see a 3.4-cent municipal property tax decrease in 2025 as part of a $258 million budget, Mayor Marty Small Sr. said Wednesday.This marks the sixth straight year the tax rate has decreased, Small said.“When city and county entities are on the same page with tax decreases and the finances, the residents of Atlantic City and everywhere else win,” he said at the start of a news conference. “This is a great budget, and this administration is keeping its promise by making the city’s taxpayers its number one priority.”
