In Brigantine the Marine Mammal Stranding Center rescued its third entangled seal in less than a month last week from the beach in Long Branch.The seal is in guarded condition at its facility in Brigantine.On Saturday, the Stranding Center received a call reporting an entangled seal pup in the Monmouth County shore town. The male gray seal had a section of monofilament net wrapped around his neck, which had caused significant injury, the Stranding Center said Thursday in a news release.
