In Galloway Township developers of an affordable housing project say the first phase is underway, and 66 units should be completed by the first quarter of 2026.Walters Apartments of Barnegat Township said Cornerstone at Galloway will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments for income-restricted tenants.Nine buildings containing 198 units are planned for the Wrangleboro Road site, which will also include a multipurpose clubhouse, fitness center, children’s tot lot, basketball court, computer work stations and onsite parking.
