Ocean City City Council on Thursday held off on a proposal for new parking restrictions for the 2nd Ward to get input on the idea from the Planning Board.City attorney Dottie McCrosson said she has been working with 2nd Ward Council representative Keith Hartzell on the matter since September.Hartzell is concerned about the potential parking impacts of large home construction tailored for the summer rental market, which he said are primarily rented through third-party online services such as Vrbo or Airbnb.
