34 year old Thomas Jordan of Atlantic City entered a guilty plea to second-degree Unlawful Possession of a Handgun in exchange for a recommended sentenced of five years in New Jersey State Prison.
On December 26, 2021, Hamilton Township Police Officers observed the defendant commit
numerous traffic infractions. Based on these observations, a traffic stop was conducted. After a
lawful search, police located a loaded firearm in the defendant’s vehicle. Sentencing happens September 19th.
