On Thursday, 23 year old Devin Brown of Atlantic City entered a guilty plea to second-degree Unlawful Possession of a Handgun. On December 14, 2024, members of the Atlantic City Police Department were on patrol in the area of 1542 Atlantic Avenue when they observed the defendant who was wanted on an
unrelated warrant. Officers advised Brown that they wished to speak with him. Brown looked at
the officers, ignored their commands and began to flee. Police pursued and were ultimately
able to place Brown into custody as he was trying to enter a New Jersey Transit bus.
