Completion of a new community center at 4501 Park Road remains months away, but the large structure is taking shape as the $21 million project continues.Completion is expected this fall.“It’s really looking good,” said Katherine Custer, director of the city’s department of community services. “The contractor has begun to install exterior windows, and work is continuing on the roof and other exterior components, so it won’t be long before the building is sealed from the elements.”
