26 year old Nasir Donaldson, of Atlantic City was sentenced this week on drug and weapons counts. 26 year old Daniel Smith of Egg Harbor Twp was sentenced in the same case. Donaldson and Smith were each handed an aggregate term of seven years in New Jersey State Prison with a five-year parole ineligibility period.
The charges stem from an incident on July 6, 2023, where Atlantic City Police Department VICE
detectives observed Nasir Donaldson and Daniel Smith walking together towards a bodega where police say they witnessed a drug transaction.
