A 13-year-old child died early Monday after the vehicle they were riding in collided with a sedan on Court House-South Dennis Road, reports the Press of Atlantic City. A 26-year-old man from Woodbine was driving south in a Mitsubishi Lancer when the vehicle entered the northbound lane in an attempt to pass another vehicle before striking a Honda Accord at 4:45 a.m. The man and the driver of the Honda, a 55-year-old resident of Sewell, Gloucester County, were transported to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City, while the child, also from Sewell, was pronounced dead.
