An unlicensed ATV driver is accused of eluding Atlantic City police on three separate occasions over four days earlier this month. According to BreakingAC.com, 32 year old Abdus Salaam Gray came close to causing several accidents, including almost hitting a woman and her dog walking across the street and nearly striking a patrol vehicle. Gray was arrested Friday, nearly a week after the last time he was seen on the vehicle.
