The Atlantic County Office of Mosquito Control has scheduled a second aerial spray for Thursday, July 24, between 5:30 PM and 8:30 PM, weather permitting, for portions of Galloway and Port Republic.
In Galloway Township, the areas to be treated are bounded by: Route 9 and King’s Highway; Rt. 9 east to the E.B. Forsythe Refuge, from Smith-Bowen Rd. to Leeds Point Rd.; Rt. 9 east to the E.B. Forsythe Refuge, from E. Somers Landing Rd. to E. Chanese Lane. In Port Republic, the areas to be treated are between Sooy’s Landing Road, Clark’s Landing Road and Mill Street on the west; and Chestnut Neck to the east.
