The Atlantic City Police Department (ACPD) announces the culmination of a collaborative law enforcement investigation that led to the recovery of large amounts of various narcotics and an illegal firearm.
On July 29, 2025, a three-month investigation into the distribution of narcotics throughout Atlantic County resulted in the simultaneous execution of three court authorized search warrants in Atlantic City, Pleasantville, and Mays Landing.
The three targets of the investigation, Shane Tutis, Dominique Handy, and Hikima White were arrested. During the searches, detectives recovered a total of 7,650 individual bags of heroin, 902 fentanyl pills, more than five ounces of methamphetamine, three grams of cocaine, 123 suboxone films, a loaded handgun, and paraphernalia used in the distribution of narcotics.
