On Wednesday, an investigation by the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office and Atlantic City Police Department led to the arrest of two Atlantic City residents pertaining to shooting death of Vaughn Lyons in Atlantic City on Sunday. William A. Tucker, 52, of Atlantic City, was taken into custody and charged with Murder, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, Possession of a Handgun Without a Permit, and other charges. 30 year old Sabrina Hearns Evans, 30, also of Atlantic City, was taken into custody and charged with Hindering Apprehension for the Crime of Murder, and various drug charges.
