27 year old Dante Braxton of Atlantic City has pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose. On the evening of November 24, 2022, the Atlantic City Police Department responded to a nightclub at Harrah’s Casino for a report of a large fight. Upon arriving, police located a male
victim who had been stabbed in the elbow and abdomen. Through surveillance video and
cellphones videos taken by patrons, police identified Braxton as having stabbed the victim on a
lounge inside the nightclub during a large fight. After stabbing the victim, Braxton followed the
victim and threw a metal chair at him outside the casino.
