According to the Press of Atlantic City a Hammonton man was arrested Tuesday after he allegedly tried to break into a person’s home before fleeing into the woods, police said. Robert Watson, 40, was charged with burglary and hindering his own apprehension. He was sent to the Atlantic County jail.A resident in the 2500 block of Fire Road reported a man, identified as Watson, smashed their glass door and attempted to get inside but ran away when the person yelled at him at 9:01 a.m., police said.
