Human remains found in Estell Manor last week are of a female believed to be white or Hispanic, State Police said. According to BreakingAC.com, troopers responded to the wooded area along Tuckahoe Road just before 9 a.m. Aug. 28. They are of a white or Hispanic female approximately 40 or older, saud Sgt. Jeffrey Lebron.
