A Pleasantville family lost their home to an early morning blaze Tuesday. According to BreakingAC.com, the call came in to the home in the 500 block of Wesley Avenue at about 5:45 a.m. The first units arrived within three minutes and found heavy fire showing, the chief said, and multiple hose lines and master streams were deployed as exterior crews worked to bring the fire under control. The residence was occupied at the time of the fire, displacing eight adults and two children. The American Red Cross was notified and responded to assist the displaced family.
