An Egg Harbor Township dirt bike rider is accused of fleeing police twice in less than two months. According to BreakingAC.com, 20 year old Joshua R. Torres turned himself in Monday, after police charged him on warrants for eluding and conspiracy. He also is charged with attempted aggravated assault, after he allegedly almost struck a police officer while fleeing earlier this month.
