New Jersey voters are headed to the polls on Tuesday to elect a new governor after two terms of Gov. Phil Murphy (D) leading the state. Polls are now open until 8 p.m. BreakingAC.com reports Republican Jack Ciattarelli, a former assemblyman, and Democrat Mikie Sherrill, a four-term congresswoman, are the front-runners to replace Murphy starting in January. Ciattarelli and Sherrill have largely focused on affordability issues, agreeing that everything from groceries to electric bills to property taxes are too high.
