The 34th Street entrance to Ocean city could see a new residential project under a redevelopment plan set for City Council approval this week.Now at the site, the former Seaspray condominium has been condemned as unsafe and surrounded by chain link fence. According to the Press of Atlantic City the agenda for the Thursday council meeting set for 6 p.m. on the third floor of City Hall, 861 Asbury Ave., includes the introduction of an ordinance adopting a redevelopment plan for the site.Council has already declared the site an area in need of rehabilitation.
