The Atlantic City Housing Authority is figuring out options for revitalizing the Shore Park Hi Rise on Virginia Avenue.According to the Press of Atlantic City the topic was brought up during a lengthy public comment session Wednesday in the authority board’s first meeting since September due to the federal government shutdown.Shore Park is a 17-story building with 16 floors of living space consisting of 64 one-bedroom and 96 two-bedroom apartments, according to the authority.Executive Director Tom Sahlin and his staff have been working on a request for proposals to bring in development partners.
